May - June 2005 Prayer Letter

Dear Friends and Family,

Hebrews 13:16

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.

What a joy it is to “do good and communicate” as missionaries, not because we have to, but because we “get to”! We are very excited as this will be our last prayer letter prepared and sent to you from the United States; Lord willing.

On July 5th, we will be flying back to Peru to the work the Lord has for us there. We cannot wait! The kids, Lisa and I are all looking forward to going HOME!

We wish to thank all of you who have been involved in our ministry over the years as we serve the Lord. We look forward to many more years of fruitful and productive service should the Lord tarry and allow.

THANK YOU all who have provided for our lodging, meals, fellowship and opportunities to preach, teach and otherwise challenge folks to reach the Deaf around the world. We have made many dear friends and pray you will come and visit us in Peru.

We would also like to thank our preacher and church, Pastor Riley and Emmanuel Baptist Church for all you have done for us. We love you and thank God that we are privileged to serve and represent our Saviour Jesus Christ and our local church as ambassadors to Peru and beyond!

Thank you also to Macedonia World Baptist Missions. What a privilege to be a "Macedonia missionary”! You are a dedicated team of God-honoring personnel assisting us and our church with our administrative needs as well as facilitating the spreading of the Gospel to the world through a forward-looking vision while maintaining faithful fidelity to the “old paths”!

To our supporting churches and friends; you are so needed and vital to the successful execution of ministry and vision that God has given us in reaching deaf and hearing folks for the Lord Jesus. Your partnership as a part of our mission family and team is a great honor. It is our privilege to serve as your representatives in Peru. Thank you all.

To the churches where we have had the honor of presenting our ministry who currently do not support us; please prayerfully consider supporting our ministry. We are reaching out to Peru and beyond, to both deaf and hearing, establishing churches and ministries throughout South America; while caring for the spiritual and physical needs of needy deaf children. We need you! Become part of what God is doing in and through our lives and ministry as we go to bring the Deaf to the feet of Jesus!
